At American Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wall decor. If your map or globe doesn't perfectly fit your home or office space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your map in its original protective tube or box to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
